How to Create Shared Notes for Each Student and View Them in a List
By selecting “Create Shared Note for Each Student,” you can generate a Shared Note for each student within a folder.
Teachers and students can then view a list showing how other students in the Class are editing their Notes.
Create Shared Notes for Each Student
When creating a new Shared Note, select “Create Shared Note for Each Student.”

Enter the folder name and select general settings to be applied to all notes, then click “Create” in the top right.
A folder will appear in the Note list, and setup will be complete.

How to Use Shared Notes for Each Student
Select the created folder to view a list of Shared Notes by student.
When a Note is updated, a yellow border appears around the Note snapshot.
*It may take about 20–30 seconds for student activity to be reflected in the Note list.

Change the Size of Note Thumbnails in the Note List

Edit Sharing Settings Between Students
From “Sharing Settings,” you can bulk-edit view/edit permissions for other students on each created Note.
The student named in the Note title automatically has individual “Writing” permission, and can continue editing unless the Note is locked.

Other Notes
You can rearrange or delete Notes just like regular Notes.
When sorting by creation date, Notes are arranged in alphabetic order (Notes are created based on alphabetic order).
Currently, you cannot add new students later into an existing folder. This feature is planned for future updates.
Notes are not created for the subject's teachers.
